I was sad enough to measure some of my smaller ferrets today adveragely they are ten inches long i dont think this makes them micro? They still work fine.

If you intend on working your ferrets mate youl most likely pick up quite a few ticks from the warrens so id recomend keeping some frontline spray or similar on hand. Those otom tick removers are a good tool aswell. The jeyes fluid wont hurt them if rinsed out properly i use it.

My dad mends my ones its useally just a loose conexion but if your gunna have to pay to get it repared them you may aswell buy a decent one.

They are about 6'' long had one last year bred of normal ferrets not on purpose it was just a runt,i do prefer smallish types for purse netting but obviously not too small as for the comment about greyhound ferrets they are 2 different strains greyhounds dont have to be small just long and thin with a high back but they are quick. Ive been told micros useally have health assoiciated risks and normal size organs.

Locators are worth there wait in gold if used properly look on ebay type in ferret finder the old type mk1s are useally on there 2nd hand far cheeper than the new ones but if you persist only ferret small sets so if they lay up its less likely to be as hard work to get your ferrets compared to a huge warren. As i say to people you only get out what you put in spend some money on things you need and you wont regret it.

Takes the f*****g piss its £50 for jwb 20kg here i use breeder pack cat for £11 for 15kg and alpha 10k £13 still a rip off lasts a week.
