Loads of good mate, you just see lots of mistakes and some neglect the more your around hosputals... when it's peoples lives/bodies their should be no room for error or excuses... there is billions pumped in but too much wasted and not where it should be imo. As i said there are some absolute angels in the NHS a lot more than bad eggs for sure... one stand out nurse was a phillipino, she was a beautiful person and exactly as someone who cares for people should be, engaged with everyone in the ward with warmth..she stood out

Lovely mate... Just had a "quick" (hour) break by the fire.... same as you got wood to split now...

Some real sad stories on this thread lad, shit all round.. I've written a few times about our experiences in with the NHS system over the past 13 years or so...and there has been some howling mistakes and decisions made, from putting up the wrong blood type for an infusion, my wife had to argue over and over to stop them putting the wrong blood in her ffs... to treatment going wrong, leaving her covered in chemical burns all over her body, thats bad luck.. but our local specialists had no idea what to do about it...I kid you not they opened a medical cupboard and my wife took creams, loti

Shit that mate, sorry for your loss...

Yeah said that yesterday, lots of leaves on the trees covered in snow.. Did you get any down your way? We never in Exeter, usually do where I am as up the hill towards Okehampton/Dartmoor but there was a fair lump up Winkleigh, 30 miles up the road

Went up to mid Devon yesterday, took my Dad as I had to pick up a lump of slate for a hearth.. it was stunning, a couple of inches of snow, all the trees overhanging the road covered in snow and ice, still lots with browns, orange, yellow leaves... we said how lucky we are to have the seasons, to live in beautiful countryside... my dads 71 made his day to be out for a drive and being useful lumping some slate with me lol

I think your eyes must be f****d Ray...lol It came down to a missed penalty, we were the better side for large parts, most of these lads are under 25 and boys like Bellingham are playing like seasoned men at 19 years old... Southgate has his knockers but he has had faith in bringing these young lads through and imo has done a really good job, they behave and speak impeccably, there is none of the old bullshit around the team of going on the piss playing up before tournaments etc...they are an ultra professional unit, this is an England side that is capable of competing at the end of tourn

Oh and the ref had an absolute shocker... it was a clear foul on Saka before their first goal, a foul on Kane, he needed VAR to give an absolute clear cut penalty... he looked lost all round imo...

Good performance, but as has been said the serial winning teams find ways to win.. the French spoiled all game, lots of professional fouls to break up play, which proves how well our midfield and wide players were playing... France have real quality and its those moments that were the difference in the end... This is a really young abs exciting England team imo... Bellingham looks better and better, he could be a genuine star in the next few years... for me this is our best side since 96.. but the end result is we're out again, I think the future looks good though and they now play and co

Neymar bottled it in the penalties imo... after they missed the first the pressure penalty was number 4, regardless of the list he should step up earlier... Messi takes number 1 as he is the main man

Sorry mate I meant the tech is used in the same way, so the line is the deciding factor, in or out, and if the tech shows a ball or foot over the line or on the line (no matter how small a margin) then that dictates the decision...there is no grey area really... I really don't like the offside rules in football, a finger in front of a player and your offside...but... it is exactly to the rules and the tech can prove it... for me its taking something from the game
-
Hes ruining the place mate... everyone's blaming nicepix... but its all down to Socks, we know the truth! Lol
-
My thoughts exactly.... f**k me its like everyone is feeling sorry for the hun!! Lol
-
Its the same surely? If you little toe is touching the line your out/try If the edge of the ball is over the line its still in... Rugby has had VAR for ages and it works well, but rugby is more start/stop than football... for me VAR is over used... its stopping the flow, goal line tech is good as its instant... There is no real argument on this though, the whole of the ball is not out.... but the Germans are... ????
