Ai quite similar pal, dont think the handle was like that though more smooth , but the sheath was nice n all, similar to that one but stained dark with a red deer stag raised up like a picture, I'll be back up that way next month so might pop in n see if its still there

Called Intermittent Fasting, Warrior diet is a version where you have 1 meal, there are other versions where you have an "eating window" Personally I get too hungry and have a boring job so end up eating in work. I am trying intermittent fasting for the last week, I used an 8hr window to eat my calories, I either break the fast at 12pm or 1pm and then dont eat anything after 8/9pm. So far I have dropped about 2lb but clothes are alot better fitting / looser. Google Lean Gains for a scientific in depth studies on it and benefits

Was in an antiques shop today and looking at some knives, seen a Bowie , it had ORIGINAL BOWIE KNIFE stamped onto / in the metal of the blade, and it had a leather sheath with a picture of a stag on it, was a lovely knife and sort of regret not grabbing it now Im home lol. ANYWAYS - It was Priced at £55 but the bloke said I could have it for £50 , what sort of price would you be looking for one of these knives ?? Cheers

Possibly interested in getting a few birds for eggs / maybe considering some duel purpose birds. Have a large back yard for em but was going to fence off an enclosure. Enclosure will be around 8ft x 20ft. Would put a coop inside and just have mesh wiring for the enclosure. Was thinking upto 6ft high with stock fence around and then chicken wire on top , this sound about right ? How many chickens could I keep in that sort of area ? I have heard they will turf up all the grass and dont mind this in the enclosure, if I let them out in the day will they be alright in a large yard ?

Alright HH, I still got that springer bitch I had of ya, shes a feckin maniac lol. Lil bitch will go all day. Back on topic thats why I said you dont need a working dog IMO. be a total waste for the dog and yourself as your not interested in hunting. Im sure it would be nice to buy a sailing boat and it would look grand down the harbour, but aint guna have a fecking clue what Id do with it lol. Hope you see the point Im making, why not get into some lure coursing / obedience work with the dogs you already have rather than get another one ...

Not having a dig just tryin to answer your question honestly. Especially after saying your not interested in shooting / hunting yourself. You can still do it but personally think it kinda defeats the point. You could do some lurcher racing with your "baby" tho ?

If you honestly want a reply to "what would be best for me" then I'd say don't get another dog until you've sorted the ones you already have. You say you've got a lurcher you don't know what to do with and a bullxakita just started training, why add another do? Especially as from what your saying a gundog might not be the dog for. What's the rush ?

Anyone know if Muntjac have spread much in South Wales ? Have read and heard tiny bits about it but would have thought the population would do well in all the valley forestry's and would see more around. Airgunner how long did you go on for ? and what did you do to return to normal once you stopped ? Did your natural hormone production come back ? were you still able to have kids etc ? A friend of mine is only 21, he has been on a low dose for the last 2 years non stop, I told him he'd probally never get his natural test levels going again and is probally infertile. He didn't even seem bothered ... Personally I'd be devistated!

Especially if your going to do it need to know what your doing n how to come off etc to get normal hormones after. From what I have seen there are going to be a lot of people with problems in the future!
