well me and jim landed a new farm today its not a big place but its all hedge lines, there were rabbits bobbing about so we got stuck in on the first hedge. the sets were quite big most being about 20/30 holes so jim on one side me on the other, well netted up the first set and in with the ferrets not long then 3 bunnys in the nets. so on to the next set netted up and in the stinkers, the day went very well and we were glad that most of the rabbits wanted to bolt, as they not much room under there to dig. here is a pick or two of the day as it unfolded thanks for looking...atb
well done lads on getting out them two dogs real must of put a shift in, credit to the fitness of both man and dogs as they no easy bunnys left as you say.
don dog my not win a Rosette fuji but you can not eat them mate as you no, but by feck you not go hungry with him...atb
colliexgrey whippxgrey, a good bitch both day and night every thing you wanted in a pot filling dog, she smashed her rist and never ran again was going to get a litter of pups of her but would never break down right,,,
had a day out Saturday with jim and mark doing a small farm that holds a bunny or two, the farm is all small paddocks and road side sets but if you get stuck in you can soon build up a good bag...atb
need a lad road side as you dont want the ferrets getting run over..
