thats like the land i took you on clipper all them years ago...lol
looks like you lads have taken it the wrong way i have worked the dales for 30 years or more, its what lads say every time ish lads put picks up of numbers taken from the dales then asking for trips out,, .. as i said good night out lads..atb
Funny you should say that about them being easy...i was talking to a mate earlier who has a lot of permission on the Dales and he invited a couple of lad's up there to run there dog's who said it was easy on the dales..when they got to the chosen spot the lad's refused to run there dog's on that type of land.. ..and the two dog's that did run went back home lame..so much for it being easy..
said like running hares in snow millet,, ..them bunnys in the dales but as you no you should never believe what lads say...atb
good picks of ern both day and night, running a shot hare in snow is no more un sporting then lamping them and a lot of lads lamp hares at night well out with the gun...jack
was out with the dogs some months back and dogs picked up this bunny at first i thought it had bit me when i got hold of its head, have any of you had a rabbit with teeth like this,,atb
as you can see it has some teeth about it,,
like with all forms of trapping the more you do the better you will get, but please dont think it is easy being a pest controller as its a under paid job in the most,,,atb
if its a cough when the dogs been pulling well on the lead or after the dogs been running then had a drink off water, then get benylin original and give it a dessert spoon full twice a day. make sure its the original as this helps the dog when sleeping to breath clear, the none drowse will keep them awake and not help as much. if its a rasping cough then that could be kennel cough and then its to the vets with the dog.
That was a good read from you both lads and you made it sound a realy good days sport, I always like ferriting out cold crisp days like that it makes you feel alive..atb
