? kin el mick, you just gave me a headache! Lol ?
  3. ??! bill, I understood that. Keep it it up mate ??
  4. What the f**k is mincing soap!? ?
  5. You think that might be through the good hunting istinct and prey drive t c?
  6. Might just be that most labs were NOT even remotely racy, compared to say alot of collies, to make first x's even remotely attractractive to most lurcher people. But the last 10ish years has seen an increase in some lab lines of very attractive, racyish types. Would have alot of good traits I think
  7. Never mind common myths, I will have you know, romany gypsies DID indeed travel through romania and bulgaria on their way to britain ......... FACT
  8. You've assumed that I care ?
  9. Yeah, I remember my great nan telling me, round a campfire years ago, that the 'roma' travelled through romania and bulgaria, hundreds of years ago on their way to britain. So I just assumed ? ?
  10. That where the colour comes from d? ?
  11. I'm with you mate. You won't hear any of that bollox off me. Yeah and that bitch does look very nice. Also, it's rather refreshing to see a pair of similar 'old scool' types with NO bull blood, put together ?
  12. ? kin el mate, did you do well at maths in school? I'm ok at basic maths, but all that percentage and fractions caper, well, worra load of f***ing nonsense! ? ?
  13. Also, alot of people, me included, would never put pics up of what they and their dogs have caught. I don't see the point, especially in today's political, anti 'everything' climate. Discuss things by all means, incriminating pictures, no chance. I don't need to prove what I've caught to anyone, it's that simple. Chewing the fat with some people on here is fun and entertaining, but like you say salty, some of the arseholes on here the last couple of years has me scratching my head as to why I bothered logging on. Take that dickead 'the return' a few weeks back, just to start, for one.

    Fair play

Yeah saw that on the news, good man
  15. Got to say mind, that bitch is just my type of dog
  16. Was thinking that too. Where's all the 'peddler, bitch is too young, parents need 4 seasons of graft behind them' etc etc. But didn't want to upset the applecart lol
  17. Was watching the mark camoccio review of these last night. Look very good. Think he said 115 shots per fill in .22, and as you say, regulated
  18. Don't watch these things either, but that was great, very moving. But you watch some ignoramus prick put a dampener on it
  19. Without meaning to hijack this thread, although it is relevant. I've been tinking about the subject of stock training and lurchers, and only lurchers. I wonder what x's or types are least likely to end up as sheep worriors, given that they would've had some sort of basic and stock training?
  20. Lol was going to say that lol. I know of a few lurchers with collie and bull in them that were nigh on impossible to deal with 'once they decided to show more interest in sheep' after they'd started working. Couldn't really be trusted 100% again, even after long and tedious retraining. Made taking them out a great displeasure, rather than a pleasure, their owners words, not mine
  21. Said the same about my old dog a few years ago on here, re venison. Was shot down in flames, again, and that I was wrong. Dogs steady to sheep don't get less trustworhty after they've taken a few deer ?
