    Used both, and several others, never EVER been bitten by midges, flies etc etc. They reckon it's in your 'pheromones' etc whether you get bitten by bugs etc. And to be 100% truthful, I've NEVER been bitten by anything. But, that could possibly change if I went fishing in Scotland?! Which I never have.

    That's a pretty regular one for us, Bb. Though we vary the fruits pretty regularly, strawberries, raspberries etc, sometimes a few lightly crushed mixed nuts. Also put some yogurt in as well. ?
