Was a fella on here quite a few years back with a 1st cross wheaten/whippet, said it was 22" tts. Most whippets are 20-21, and I'm not sure how tall the average wheaten is, but 22" seemed a tad tall to me for a 1st cross?

Yeah, was thinking that myself lol. Or maybe a cormorant catch, from near the coast, and flew back upriver, before starting to eat it, and dropped it, fish was maybe only a pound and half? And there used to be loads of cormorants down there at the time, on the pylon overlooking the small, rocky weir by the school fields.

D c, do you know if smooth hounds etc run upriver through estuaries, pretty regularly, because I found a dead one in some undergrowth on the bank of the taff, many years ago, whilst ratting, where the old power station used to be, opposite hawthorn high school?
