I would say it depends on what the shooting rights include. The shooting rights for the syndicate may be birds only. Not be the first time a syndicate has shooting rights for pheasants but not deer. I have had that situation before myself. Quite possible you have the permission and they dont. Better get it sorted with the land owner quickly!
