    this bitch here was only about 1/8 collie she was out of chuck arrowsmiths collie she done very well for me day/night an didn’t lack in the stamina department The collie in there being 1/8 was still highly potent in the mix I think the problems with lack of stamina is down to people keep adding straight greyhound as a easy fix rather than racy bred lurcher to try an prep things up but end up loosing to much per generation adding straight greyhound I’m a believer in type breeding I believe that after you get to 3 quarter bred straight greyhound shouldn’t be added as a continuation on it should

    I work in the building trade I can’t complain to much as it pays my bills but what is a killer is when your working on houses sat on land that was yours you had run dogs on for years my old town were I used to live at last count had 17 active building sites on I used to be able to go out at dusk an get back at dawn an give a dog a decent nights work these days with the amount of development it’s cut all the land up in to sections were as beforehand it was just field after field after ungated fields all farms an land was interlinked an joined now it’s a case of get to a spot by vehicle dump the

    If it’s a newish dog to you I’d say it’s more than likely not as conditioned as it looks probably down to the previous owner feeding low grade food knowing there not keeping it an not conditioning it to be doing multiple runs. up the food quality an build the dog up to do multiple runs it’s only drinking loads to Try replace blood sugars an salts there for pissing loads......it’s like us humans in the boozer drink f**k loads of pints ? body takes the alcohol an spend half the night pissing but your still go drink another pint after a pint until your body’s satisfied your pissed
