  1. Are the second and third pic of the same pup Jim?
  2. I'm not really against it, but would they not be better testing on something genetically closer to humans? Like pigs for example? If it was rats mice or cats I wouldn't really give a fook lol I think it's just the fact that they are using dogs that strikes me. Just because I've had dogs all my life and the relationships I've had with them? Do you think it's just because we are probably all dog lovers on here and they are using dogs, that strikes the nerve or is it genuinely animal testing in it's entirety?
  3. Mole they taste discusting not for me anyway! And iv had to shoot a lot if them. not a fan myself lol
  4. Filled up asda the other day and they were both 114.7
  5. It's not something I've ever done either tbh, I've shot a few when out rough shooting with the 12 bore and dog but only one with the air rifle and that was day time.
  6. Well that answers that NO you can not atvbmac  i read that as, so long as you are authorised by the landowner then yes you can? As the ground game act overrides the hares act 1848?
  7. didn't no it was illegal to lamp hares mac? have you got a link to the legislation? I no you cant lamp birds (apart from ferals) but didn't no about hares
  8. I would think that each side of the mould has been milled a little deeper, so as to give the elongated/bean shape. so when you look at one side of the mould it will still look perfectly round. they look good quality moulds and not at a bad price
  9. I suppose its the same as BOPs? you cant shoot them to protect your livestock either.
  10. protected or not, that fecker would be getting 32g of 5s sent its way! fair enough the dogs not what we'd call a proper dog, but it was probably that young lads best mate, and im sure the experience of watching it get its brains pecked out by a seagull will stay with him for a long time!
  11. excellent reply micky! very well thought out and comes across like its from a true person of the country, well done mate. still not had a reply from mine tho
  12. have you still got this rex? any pics? cheers
  13. had nothing but an automatic response from mine saying he will get back to me within 6 weeks!
  14. Cheers joe, I don't no where he got the bottle from but he said it's his? I'll have to check that! But I suppose at least I won't need to pay a deposit on one if it like you do with BBQ gas? I don't think the bottle is empty as I remember him checking it but he didn't take the gauge of as you said so I'll try that first mate cheers
  15. ive just bought a snap on mig welder, pretty old I think, from a mate that's moving to spain. its got a big bottle, regulater gauge, euro torch etc and was working brilliantly last time I was round. But as we were making him a new work bench the gas stopped flowing for some reason, and its just sat in his garage since. so with him moving I mate him a cheeky offer and he said yes lol so ill hopefully be getting it tonight. my question is, are they any good? (I think he said its actually a Lincoln but with a "snap on badge" on it) and what could the gas problem be? easy fix? ive not done much we
