    we use 2 at present a 2.5 & 2.8crd's average 30mpg, with there very low reving torquy motors , great off road, with good tyres too . They have 3 niggles but are recall's on up grades at the dealers .The turbo hoses & rear suspension arms etc, free of charge @ a dealer. The heater resister blows ,its a 5 minute job at the bak of the glove box, with an upgrade from a crysler sebring & approx. £5 on bay.com sent to you , from stateside. comfy strong & pull 3 ton, not too big,yet big enough for 4 gun dogs in the back & rifles on the back seat, & when push comes to s

    top motors we had 3 swb & 1 lwb, average 30/34 mpg , superb 4x4 drive train & with the right tyres will out perform a lot of legedery 4x4's. great heaters, small turn circle & comfy. good for 250/300k with services.

    if it is the 2.4 diesel defender from 05/6 on, that's the best they ever offered try one of the other chicken sheds like a 200/300tdi or a 2.5 diesel from the 80's !! craaaaaaap associates it with something of understanding.

    As they say cry once for the right equiptment, it may cost but saves a lot of headache in the long run, for me It has to be Italian thoroughbred,Baretta, Franchi, or of push comes to shove the yanks know there stuff , Remington ,Browning or as said Baikal. Personally forget the rest or cry many times !

    A great place to visit & hunt, I was there some 18mth a few years ago. Once seen never forgotten, it just way way too far from anywhere, remote & isolated best describes a 30hrs flight from Europe & a 2hrs between the islands

    & the likes of so called 'Single' mothers, with all the benefits, council tax, 3 bed home, working on the side cleaning £7+ p/h & boy friend coming home after a day at work & the weekly perks are...... £45 c/tax - dss £+ p/w rent - dss £150 single benefit - dss £30 child ben -dss 20hrs clean £150 - cash in hand & picked up b/ friend £100 p/w stop over - cash in hand ! A starting wage of £555 + p/w for only 20hrs Not a bad earner that !! whilst the rest of us do 45hrs x 2 & nothing to do with the new tax ??

    If they don't pay, they don't get . Farmed venison is only £6.90 kg walked in.. hence why the likes of Waitrose etc have NZ or eastern European meat.. 'nayyyyyyy' &The uk farms only supplies 15-20% of the uk venison meat market & the 3yrs + males go to Scottish estates for the heads , for £,£££'s.

    These are the genuine dpm Brit army issue, ( no charcoal lining do darrs ).. just good quality waterproof/ windproof light wieght ,seemed, water tight protective clothing.. wired hood & top tackle. cheers lads. just this set available & done !

    I find basic bushnell ok for 22/223 cals weather air or fac, after that i go Burris, Lupould, etc as these are better scopes for the price.I like a wider field of view than most bushell which i find quite narrow. As with all look around , there are almost £100 diffrence between some shop prices for similar deals, & check out high end scopes branded with other names for over seas markets. A trendy name can cost £100+ for the same item.
