    sub winny, remmy, ely are all on par here but I prefer winny h/v/ or remmy golden bullet for the performance & kill rate. All make a noise when fired, h/v kill better & have better distance / traj.. if I wanted sub, I would use a fac airrifle for better results.

    its a hard time of year, been so cold ,icy & snow etc..all the animals are hungry ,even starving with the recent weather unable to get to the ground especially here in Yorkshire making all twitchy, with animals/ birds etc knowing they are venerable for dinner..I see most areas are twitchy as hell, crows / pigeon will hammer the open ground for clover, muck spread, etc but any machines or people working in there & the pigeon are gone ........miles away......I wouldn't even attempt a day out until the days are warmer & the field stock comfortable, feeding up.     try a dedicated n/v scope..A dipol 141 or 161 , for under £450 used, they are the tops. I tried dozens over the years ( Yukon/ vomz/ atn / screens/ add ons ) & dipol are the lightest, clearest & most are gen1 + tubes or even upgraded gen2 as I found in a recent purchace. The clarity of the dipol with, mag x3 or 4 is far superior to most in the price range., & most around a grand ! Yukon sentinel are also very good ,but with a disadvantage of 1kg + weight ! Pay the money cry once, WITH THE KNOWING YOU DID RIGHT get it wrong its expensive & YOU CRY WITH EVERY PURCHACE PS

    Bargain buys are jeeps , we all call 4x4 jeeps but, theres only 1 ! The cherokees are 2.5 crd diesels 30/35mpg & superb off road, will pull 3 tonne & very well built like tanks, a older 01/02 gem can be has for £2/3k & motors are proven to do 250/350k miles & more with regular servicing. get parts on line 1/4 price of dealers.

    2002 mazda b2500 4x4 here double cab with 120k on, used it for a couple of years now, do the oil & filters every 7-9k & never let me down with 34/36mpg diesel . just got to be a bot light footed on the set off or the back does a pink panther on you haahah, it needs some weight in the back.

    Clulite SL2 , but try check it 1st, some have a useless ring beam, some have a dot . preference i suppose, but i like a strong dot beam, with not much spill over.. A good l.e.d torch may do the job for you if your an airrifle fan.
