personally i like a spannable dog, my black lad is very leggy but spannable, he is also a dog that doesnt have a reverse, but then he is still young. ive a as yet untried black+tan bitch leggy but heavier in the leg, she is barely spannable, ive also a half patt half russel dog pup coming to me in a few weeks, be a little lighter but ideal for those tight corners when going after the red lad for the 2011 season

the price of ferrets varies a lot here in ireland, in the west where i am they ask crazy money for ferrets with 20-25euro for kits being the norm, workers sell for 40-50euro, some people are even trying to incease the price on kits to 30euro which is why i source my ferrets in northern ireland where i can get kits for 5-10stg + adults for 10-15stg what area (north/south/east/west) do u live (uk/ireland/further afield) + what price are ferrets in your area in general??? it would be interesting to find out. atb gem.

plenty of greyhound pups in rescues, seen them in our local ispca shelter, just dont tell them your into country persuits
