  1. They look full of mischief!! Shaping up nicely
  2. Both lovely dogs but that brindle looks a cracker
  3. What was the op for dg? Always feel sorry for pups wearing those cones.
  4. Did you mean from your first post that she has struggled to learn anything new since the injury? Has there been any other changes in her mentality? Changes in personality/temperament?
  5. They are outstanding you can't teach skills like that. It would be useful to source someone who has simular talent and ask them if they would advertise on here. They could make a living from it
  6. Wrong photo. That was one that a patient I cared for did for me as a gift when he left the ward. It is all drawn with a Bic biro his drawings are brilliant Here's a close up And here is the one of the other whippet
  7. Another one from the same artist of my other whippet
  8. I've just had these two done of one if my whippets. I've got a couple of others which i will put up later on. Sorry for the quality of the photos i took them in poor light
  9. As if the guy is going to put any photos on here. Keep at it IWW you have some fun with that little whippet of yours
  10. We have two cats and all the dogs get on with both of them but any other cat they pull my arm off trying to get at. They will eat with our cats and when the cats follow us on a walk they are very protective of them should another dog eye either of them up.
  11. Harris and Watson are the best quality collars i have seen bar non. They are pricey and mick can be difficult to get hold of but i have never heard of him charging anything like £90 for a 2" collar, that's just slander. I think i paid £40 for my 2" collar and others i know who have bought collars from him have paid a similar price.
  12. What made you get something other than a whippet mate? Most whippet lads stick to whippets. never owned a lurcher mate always considered getting one. it was a mate of mine who bred the litter from his bitch who i always liked and a dog which has the same sire as my black whippet so the breeding took my fancy. i wont be getting another dog for a good few years but im 99% sure my next one will be a whippet.
  13. shame its a bit of a risky purchase as sounds like a nice cross.hope you find what your looking for
  14. he's a lovely looking dog ss21. You've got him in great condition, a credit to you. Is he quite tenacious? would be interested to know his make up. i know he probably isn't but he has a look of a pharaoh hound to him.
  15. Thanks tbh. Most were taken by my mate i struggle to take pictures of things stood still!!
  16. Can't go wrong with the lowa boots imo
  17. Like the look of him martin he looks a bit more racier than Rio
  18. good thread this, great to see this many great rabbiting dogs on one thread. Here's some of mine.. The whippets DEXTER First Rabbit MORGAN RIO-THE NEWS PACK ADDITION
  19. I don't let it bother me NL. Is just in my opinion people should be honest about their dogs instead of trying to sell their dpd as workers when they have seen more rosettes than they have rabbits. It's the poor buggers that buy the pups and use these dogs as stud that i feel sorry for.
  20. Can't remember who it was who was having dealing with these jokers but here is an article to share in the social media pages Why is the RSPCA killing so many pets - and taking their loving owners to court? Statistics show ... http://dailym.ai/1kI0Y1n @MailOnline
  21. The sad thing is there are people out there who look forward and venture out more to the shows than they do during the hunting season and still see and claim that their dogs are workers. Summer=rest autumn/winter= play ?
  22. That is outstanding. I didn't even think something like that would even be possible.
