    Around 28 rows long on a 4 1/4 board will give you a 5ft net. Shape it how you like. I make my 4ft`s starting with 12, increasing every row to 20, 5 rows of 20 in the middle.Then back down. Should be plenty for a 5 ft net too. Just start with 4 rows of 12 and finish with 4 rows of 12..

    I`d look for an actual butchers knife. All the "hunting knives" Im sharpening at the moment are all fecked from field dressing. Seems fashion has overtaken function with some knife makers..

    Oh, and one last thing. Since what I do is so easy, I say you put your money where your mouth is. $250 U.S. Dollars says you can't train a mink to do what mine do. It takes me 2-3 months to train a mink, I'll double that and give you six months. Do we have a bet? No. We see them as a pest species here, and deal with them accordingly.     How many you after mate . .? You tried Nelson ? JUST A HANDFULL MATE...ITS ONLY FOR A FEW STOP NETS....I DID NOT WANT TO BOTHER HIM AS I KNOW HES A BUSY GUY... Ive just used innertube for mine. Cut into 2.5" sections. Works well. Just tie 4 same sized loops in your lines, one each end. Pop the innertube on the pole, then your loop, twist the innertube, and back over the pole, trapping the loop in the middle. Perfect, and slides when needed too.

    Tart. What was wrong with that length of dried hazel we picked up? Most of mine are hazel, ok a couple could do with sharpening but they are a few seasons old. Free though.     Thats exactly it bud. He got one and by the end of the week the div was talked into another by the breeder and his mates. Against all his familys advice. He wouldnt be in the position he is in now if he just had the one and it would probably be a manageable dog.

    Me and Will got out again today, not as early as the last trip. Called into a golfcourse on route, not much there , but nice to have a bit to wander about nearer home. Got the heritage site around 9.20, quick hand shake and we were off. Only a small place and most of it was grizzly, but the weather was in our favour and there was plenty of things to see. Some of these round house were fit to live in.. Well I would of. Not a big tally, 12 netted, 2 dug to and 1 escapee and 1 or 2 unable to dig to quick enough, so 14. Ended up skinning a few for the people to make drums from. Some pics

    Its not my dog, so whether I can trust it or it nips at me doesnt come into it. He`s fine with his owner. Like I said It would make a guard dog and its not like Im gonna let it go to some pimple faced feck in a trackie and cap. I just thought there maybe someone who can use him. It aint the dogs fault a bellend bought him. Not too worry, it aint really my problem. I tried.

    If you do, make it sea fishing. Us carp anglers have been getting knocked on the head when you come out your bivvy or in some cases gassed out, for years.. Feck all is sacred these days, particularly in this game. Paranoia just kicked in, off out to check the ferrets..

    Yeah hopefully. Like I said, I wanna try and get this dog a 2nd chance, even though the f****r nips at me when I go round. I think he remembers me jumping on him when he thought my terrier was a play toy. I know Im not really selling him but, I want to make sure people know what they are getting. I genuinely think he would make a good dog in the right hands though.

    Hi all. This is not my dog. Im putting this up as a favour to the lads mum and the dog more than anything. 18 month old akita x husky x bull. Its a dog. This dog is not for the inexperienced as he is a bit of a handful as the lad has done basically feck all with it. He bought two litter mates and after people finally getting through to him he has realised he cant deal with two of them. I should think he would make a great guard dog to the right person. Rocky...
