Good post, but I'm of the opinion that the EU can definitely make life harder for us if they wanted to and no one can guarantee that trade will go on unabated. I'm equally of the opinion I'd rather be a poor free man than a rich enslaved one. In a post Brexit scenario the EU is the bigger fish, they can tolerate loosing trade with the UK more than we can with them by nature of their size. There's no guarantees in this. I'm inclined to agree with you on how it'll play out but I do wonder if I'm underestimating the EU's resolve...... I dont agree with much of that to be honest, the eu doesn

All that aside the UKs main business is finance and you dont need lorries eurotunnels open borders for any of that just one click and you can send it anywere in the world

we barely sell f**k all to the eu without looking at figures I know the french dont buy our cheese or our alcohol, no one bought our cars so now we have no car industry, all the shipyards went bust, you name it they dont buy it. Ill guess the only major export we have is arms and frankly theres no shortage of takers outside the eu for that.

Just watched it on replay, you say hes a good stand up fighter but he just lost a fight due to his stand up against a feather fisted ground expert! Diaz is one division up from hes own as he fights at 155 not 170 Diaz had him rocking with the first half decent shot he landed mcgregor then folded, took the bjj black belt down ( great move!!) Then gave his back up because he couldnt handle what was coming. Just another overhyped fighterwith a big gob. he wont keep the banyamweight title long, frankie edgar beats him in all aspects.

Should a really good driver not be able to adapt though ?.......could a top driver get away with saying im no good in the wet so i,ll just race on slicks thanks......be it conditions or car set up surely the best drivers adapt... no ?.......maybe im talking bollocks i dont know enough to have a strong opinion so you might be right. I think some drivers like things like oversteer, or different brake bias etc but all that could be done with the same car it would just be set up different. Its the car innovation thats always drove F1 though otherwise ferrari mclaren and other car makers wouldnt be

What I'm trying to say is the attraction WAS watching the fastest cars humans were capable of making being driven by blokes who lived life on the edge, now we've got cars designed by safety committes being driven by robotic drivers who spend as much time programming computers on the track as they do racing. I don't want to see people die either, and bianchi didn't die racing he was behind the safety car Also modern tracks are boring as hell, the missus brother works in f1 and the new tracks, Bahrain etc the main focus of the design was maximum exposure for advertising!

I dont know much about Formula 1 i just have a fascination with fast cars......but do you not think a true test of driving skill that would create a far more interesting race would be for every car to be identical in terms of both performance and the way they are set up or is that simplifying it too much ?......ok i know the money generated from different teams creates different budgets etc but in terms of pure race driving i would imagine even go karting is probably more competetive.....no ? yes drivers would get killed but that should be why there so well paid, and its what made f1 so poular

I think that would be a bit boring tbh and in f1 its always been about pushing design boundaries. What

Well that could happen to anyone but mma fighters aee the most well rounded fighters on the planet no-one whose only good at one fighting style will ever have an impact on mma these days, and if mma has proved anything its that wrestling is the most important factor in hand to hand combat as you can decide were the fights goin to be. I used to watch more mma years ago when people were rwally good at one style it was interwsting seeing how they matched up and how useless some styles were. Boxing for instance was no good as the stance left you open to wrestlers takedowns and leg kicks with the l

two pros can neutralize each other same in boxing but put them in with someone with no training or offence to worry about and its a different animal. t

If they could download (I doubt it for a while yet) then they should be able to upload aswell, which in theory would be eternal life as you would then just need a body for your thoughts and memories to be downloaded into.

Poachers In The Scottish Borders, Unbelievable.......
JDHUNTING replied to Bo Duke's topic in General Talk
Poachers? Shows how f***ing thick some police are, if they werent trying to steal stock ill eat my hat -
After round 7 Gallagher told quigg he was 6-1 down. I heard and so did the commentator. How comes you didn't here it? Was it because you had the sound down aswell as your hat over your I heard, trainer will tell the boxer what he thinks he needs to hear, he said after the fight he thought it was 2-2 after four so hes lieing one way or the other. Id no real preference who won so wasnt biased. first 6-7 rnds frampton landed almost nothing quigg landed just 1 or 2 more per round plus the harder shots
