  1. I don't think so but as already said I'd ask/inform them as when I had my rifles for sale in a gunsmiths some years back, the firearms officer came out to view the empty gun safe
  2. Go for the Ranger when you find one

    Too Old

Hell I ran in the World Veteran Cross Country Champs when I was 45 , nice to see another runner on here
  4. I can relate to this, I'm the same and after having tried just about every PCP there was up until about 5 years ago, I've ended up with a Daystate Huntsman, a Gunpower Stealth and a HW90. The Huntsman is a collectors rifle in my opinion and although I've had it for sale, I won't be tempted to "give" it away, the Stealth is my ideal PCP, lightweight TDR that you can throw around in the field without breaking your bank account and as for the HW90.............I love it and would be very tempted to swap one of the PCP's for a carbine version as they are so dependable
  5. and the church had a facebook page????? Can't be that sacred then............barstewards!!
  6. What's the difference between a lesbian and a Pringle ? One is a snack cracker, the other is a crack snacker.

  11. I have a "House of Commons" sherry bottle (don't ask.....and it's empty ).........ebay here we come
  12. I'm showing my age here, but when I was a kid MANY moons ago , all landowners/farmers could be seen trashing the hedgerows along the roads by hand with a trashing hook and clearing up after them and wherever livestock/machines messed the roads, they would come along with a shovel and a hard bristle yard brush and clean it up In those days "goretex" = a hessian sack over your shoulders
  13. I lived on a farm that fronted a main road before I moved here and always cleaned up any mess I made after hedge cutting etc., never thought it wasn't my responsibility
  14. quote from the local county council regarding it being the landowners responsibility that "roads and pavements are left clear of debris"................ When was the last time you saw a farmer sweep the roads after he'd hacked his hedges to bits with a mechanical cutter..................
  15. Have to say that this has been a good thread I have deliberately steered well clear of rugby threads of late due to the heated nature they all used to have and have chosen to just post the odd match fixture/result on any game I happened to watch/have an interest in, this could be any club from any country, not just the Welsh. For me it's about seeing a good game, at the mo it's Exeter Chiefs who produce the goods and I also like the Irish games too. Nice one lads, thanks
