Hell I ran in the World Veteran Cross Country Champs when I was 45 , nice to see another runner on here Nice one mate, great dedication... A good mate of mine who works with me is in Spain this week competing in the European athletic masters, he's just one Exeters sports personality of the year because he came third in last years, which was in Iceland... He competes every weekend and trains most days I think he's 43 now, it was his birthday last Friday... Very dedicated man.. Edited to say his son was nominated for junior sports personality, he throws the javelin for Exeter Harriers...
