  1. Sounds like your doing it mate. Some are just wee b*****ds. I've got two old sisters here, one will never nip and is my best jill, and the sister has had the same treatment and is a good worker and mostly never nips, bet then from time to time she will have a go for you, out the blue, either cos she wants something or just for a laugh. She's just a bit of a wee shit bag i guess.
  2. Take it your not to hot on geo-politics then aye? Nuke folk and ya get nuked.
  3. I know mate, its sad, i think i might end up with some 'BEW's' in this litter i'm having if all goes well with them, and obviously they will go off for free. Now the sad bit is - i'd be really worrying who i gave a jill BEW to, as i'd be concerned that they just got bred to f**k for cash. That's just f****d up when you have to think like that cos of the poor little fuckers eye color.
  4. From what i have seen yep, will take pretty much everything but daytime hare. I will do mate, not sure if he will make it tomo tho. Like i said, gimmie a text and i'll get someone to baby sit finn.
  5. It's a bull terrier. . . . . you might be fecked mate. Could be done, but i think at that age you will need to use force, rather than sharing a bowl. I would put dog on lead, holding the lead tight up, so it's head is pulled up and let the ferrets have a run about it, just give it some treats, calm it etc. Show it them in the cage and if it pulls give it a clip. And really just bore it to f*****g death with them. Good luck matey
  6. Black eyed white. It's crazy mate, and f*****g lame Feel bad charging for ferrets, but it's a nice gesture for someone to give you a fiver, or a couple of cans or something, or as you say the best, is an invite out to see the kits working at some point Funny how many ferrets will be up in a couple of weeks for top dolla, and then same ferrets a month later going Free to a good home as they end up eating the f*****g fridge.
  7. He's a stunner isn't he. From what i seen they usually all do to a certain degree over their lives. Bad thing? Depends how good they are at it and what you want. I love watching that old bitch of johnnyboys creeping in on one. They just seem to know what is necessary to get the bunny in the bag, and i'd be happy to leave that to the dog, it's got to be a better hunter than the man. How's milly and lady? And your lady and baby?
  8. Thing about the oil and the terrorism, have you not noticed the pattern, we invade a country to save them all, to promote democracy, and get the oil... . . . . and we do it in a way that makes them f*****g hate us. . . . . . . so we end up spending more money than it's worth, losing OUR citizens, and more civilians die than would have anyway.
  9. The rulers of these autocratic arab states don't understand anything else though Jai. They'd have wiped Bengahzi off the map if we hadn't of intervened. I don't agree with this strategic targeting of individuals though.. That's what i meant mate, a show of force is one thing, targeting peoples families is a little different And anyway, lets not pretend that we do this shit for humanitarian reasons, at least not the top brass.
  10. Also, i think at this time of the year hobs are more likely to escape and go for a wander. BUT Just for the record, i was making a separation between escaped / dumped first generation ferrets, and a wild, breeding multi generational population. Hence, yep there are ferrets wandering about this area, but as far as i know, there are no fixed POPULATIONS of feral ferrets round here.
  11. Just did some summer hunting for 5 mins.

  12. What breed is it? Also, i know it sounds funny, but my current pup wanted to kill them, right up until he saw them work the first few times, and then all of a sudden he was fine with them
  13. Good luck with them mate, they look bonny pups Striker - Any more info on the black yin? Aye mate he is 7 year old. Collie/ whippet /greyhound cross deerhound/ greyhound. I got him from a man in Uddingston called Jim as a pup, would love to see others from the litter and how they are getting on if anyone has any information? Was thinking he had a fair neck on him for a collie x Looks a handy sort
  14. A client of mine that i did some business for a few years back fought in the first Gulf War. Whether it is true or not, he told me that they had American troops on detachment with them for a while. His commanding officer made sure that the yanks were given EITHER blanks or NO ammo as they couldn't be trusted; they were just trigger happy cowboys! Also, my mate came back from Afghanistan a year ago, he said exactly the same thing about the Americans: That they were just steroid munching idiots wanting target practice at anything and everything. My grandfather lived and fought in
  15. We shouldn't be dropping bombs, that's all we ever f*****g do these days by way of international diplomacy - blow up the wrong folk. It just makes us look like bully boys
  16. Good luck with them mate, they look bonny pups Striker - Any more info on the black yin?
  17. Do you live in a town or rural? That looks like a ferret rather than a polecat. There are wild populations, but not around in wales mate. Very wierd to get so many, all polecat looking? there is a strong polecat population in qwest wales .......... I meant feral ferrets mate, don't know of any sizable populations of definate ferrets, rather than wild poleys, but of course i could be wrong We get the wild poleys here as well in the south
  18. Mate, how old and how bred is that first dog, and any more info?
  19. And i like the albino in the first photo
  20. That poley is well in season mate.
  21. Just thought i would post up some various scenery shots i have taken on me travels. . . . .. not strictly wildlife, but . . .
