Cheer's folk's much appreciated.. ..i have alway's favoured locktite but i still dont think it is as good as the older stuff that seen the odd hospital visit to unstick finger's from many youngster's and toilet seat's from practical joke's.. ..i have used that gel stuff and i dont like it..it seem's to get everywhere...
I will order's several differant type's and try it out on my fore skin...if it can stick that shut it is worth it's weight in gold..
There's not many bird's that will mob a peri..they are more than likely going to fly a million mph in the opposite direction.. ..but for best result's you are better getting one of them kite jobbies that are used for scaring feral pigeon's out of people's garden's.
It's for tail mounting plectrum and bell which only need's a couple of spot's to hold a couple of cable tie's in place.. ..and i dont want to have to re do it later on in the season.
Can anyone recommend a decent type either araldite or super glue..the newer stuff on the marked just dont seem to get a good enough grip like the older stuff that used to stick's like s.h.i.t to a blanket..i bought a tube of locktite the other weak and it was thick flued not like the watery stuff of old.
100% agree there Skycat..you can't mess about when it comes to there eye's..get it to the vet's ASAP and they might save the sight in the eye..the longer you leave it the less chance of it being repaired if it can be.
RSPCA and RSPB are not woth a light mate..the link's that some good lad's put up are worth contacting..if you are short on fund's get her to your nearest vet but ask if it will go to a good rescue centre or the shitty RSPB..
It cost me just over £900 for my set up.. but you will get a good setup for less than that and just as good but you will still be looking at a good few hundred quid.
What's this shite advert doing on your site..

I found a short eared owl several year's ago with a similar problem..all's i done was stick it somewhere darkish and quiet with a gutted rat that had been ripped in half by the terrier's..when i checked on it 2hr's later it had eaten half of the rat and looked a lot brighter..but it's wing was still hanging..Moll on here took it to the local vet's and it was passed onto a rescue centre but i dont think it ever made it back into the wild as it had broke it's collarbone/wish bone..
