    A couple of local lads got some in about 20 years ago. Never even heard of them before that. I found them on the big side. Good strong looking dog's, but probably too big for a lot of places. Sort of a jack of all trades I would say. One of them retrieved of land and water. Even fish! Another turned out to be an excellent dog in cover. If he started baying, there was a fox on the way. He would go to ground but as i said, too big for most places. That suited the lad who had him, because he'd rather get a few covers done, than maybe spend half the day digging. Since that, I've seen

    This is the other fiasco A man was sentenced to jail at Naas District Court last Tuesday, November 19, after he pleaded guilty to a charge of roaming land in contravention of the Wildlife Act. John Casey, 35,of 6 St Aiden’s Close, Tallaght, was spotted on land at Griffin Rath, Maynooth by the landowner with lurcher dogs, hunting for rabbits. Judge Desmond Zaidan heard a verbal altercation took place between the two men, although solicitor Joe Coonan said the altercation was at a distance.

    Lad in Ireland was done for trespassing, although the judge said it was "barbaric to hunt rabnits with dogs". He also ruled that the dogs be taken off him. You really are at the mercy of the judge on the day

    The LP stations I've seen don't have a clear run through like the Atom. Maybe that's the reason why they aren't effective as the Atom. Rats have no problem going through tunnels where they can see light coming through.

    Traps in simple tunnel designs is the way to go. Keep them set all year round
