At what point, or in what post, have I sought to 'make excuses' for anyone?     It's good you think outside the box a bit and try to fix the problem from its foundations and totally agree with you, but I have to add that these vile paedophiles need to be stopped. The fact they are abusing the part of society which is most vulnerable (neglected children) and is most deserved of help to a decent human being proves they are oppurtunistic criminals that are beyond rehabilitation. In Australia we have medical castration for repeat sex offenders and I think England needs this law passed and enforced ASAP you wouldnt get a hard government if you castrated em all
