alimac replied to FOXHUNTER's topic in Rimfire, Centrefire & Shotguns
na the fox will soon realise that this catching food for a living is just too damn hard, not like when it was back home, were he could just lift a mc chicken sandwich from the city bins.. id bet in a month or so that there fox will be a shadow of the speciman it is now... w@nkers -

Wanted Chocolate Patterdale Bitch
alimac replied to woottonsheart's topic in Working Dogs & Livestock
just like the folk that will be buying her pups, thinking there choccy dog is from what now will now be classed as pup from a long line of working dogs..lol... my betting is that he saw a add saying working dog and thought hed say on here hes bought one just to jump out the thread ?? either way surely a dog pup would have pleased her just as much?? moo i thought you would have enough chocolate bitches in your kennels, when i picked my pup i reacon i counted 6, 4 of which looked like they were in pup? did you manage to sell them all? -
The only dogs I keep are the ones that stay till dug. Plain and simple. Whys that so hard for people to understand ? If that suits you and what you do then that's fair enough, but why slag off anything different? I've seen problem foxes bolted & despatched from places you wouldn't dream of putting anything other than a good bolting terrier because it simply wouldn't be possible to dig to it. An old farm tip with 50 odd years worth of buried scrap being one example... but thats the thing malt, its people with that narrow mind set that would put there harder dogs in spots that

mudd are you trying to say you have a dog in your kennels thats suited to every hole you try or dig that you have? if you are you either dont do much or simply dont have a clue.. A dog that has a tendincey to bolt will keep his space in a well worked kennel of dogs, plain and simple..

my pal??? i think all i said is id had spoken to him, did i not? where did i state he was my pal?? and whats with all this editing of nearly all your posts? if you let yourself write shite then have the balls to leave it on for all to read instead of editing and confusing anyone who reads the thread

Dixybob, no im afraid i dont, maybe if you went for a few lessons with your camera to teflon you might be able to post a picture that you can actually see, well sort of.. Wilf, Hands off!! I was at the kennels today, the wound jasher mentioned looks like your arse after a weekend in the wolds caused apparently from excessive work and no help as his apprentice seams to have gone on strike
-
Dickybob I was just asking as I wanted a day out with them to see how they go on, but I'm still not sure what your wee brain is trying to get your fingers to type?? Has my cover been blown, the antis been owsted, il get my coat. Lol Moo, he sounds my type, do u have his number maybe il get a day out with him instead of the dogs, il maybe get more dirt off him than I'm getting off here.. So you been out hunting much this season?? Lol Happy hunting fanny boys

£165 for 10 ton blown in... As for how far it will go, i'd say 1 birds eats approx 1/2 kilo per week, this will varie on how much natural foods about.
-
East coast will do any amount from ton upwards, slightly cheaper if they blow it in rather than tote bags, alot of farmers will try and palm off crap shriveled wheat so watch out.

I live in a area they say has a pure population of wildys, but I'd bet my last pennie that there will bf less than a hand full of pures in the whole of the land, but wouldn't be suprised if there was none at all.there's just too many farm cats gone feral. 4 or 5 years ago we had a walk up on the heather(with another member on here) and a few others, a guys springer started hotting up in her hunting she flushed a huge wildy looking thing, it didn't run , it launched itself into a scarf like stance on the rather confussed spanial.

Fingers crossed it won't take long, joe public usually come good once the scums face is put out to the media. Your persistance in admiral, I tip my hat to you..

I got a load of the anti fox grids, the poults don't like going through the two swinging bars that are in each section. Iv ended up cutting mine off. I'd say between my 10 pens it takes me about a hour every round I do, 3 extra hours at this time of year is greatfully recieved. Another couple of things iv found. 1. Put a ring of strainer wire around the small end of the funnel, I think it helps the birds commit to / focus on , going straight through the funnel rather than getting in and pecking the inside as it can't work out where to go. 2. Put 3 or 4 vertical bits of strainer wire inside t
