    Haha iv had better come backs from a 5 year old or maybe I'm just over estimating your age, lol You see when I was keepering all my vets bills were paid for by my boss, wether that be terriers lurchers spaniels or lab so trust me I wasn't shy on going to the vets, so what in your very imaginative mind do you think a vet did?? Well il tell you, not much, clean it, bandage it up, get it put on a course of antis, and a few weeks of kennel rest.. Now as soon as it goes back to work your back to square one, not mentioning it wagging it's tail off the kennel.. So stick that in your pipe and smo

    Before you start typing let your empty brain engage you muppet!! I had to pet out the best spaniel I ever owned due to it having a un docked tail, I'd like to see you watch a dog of yours going out its mind from the day in day out discomfort of the damage caused during work.. Docking a two day old pup takes less than 30 seconds and if done correctly all you will get from a pup is a single yip, that to me is more than acceptable.. Now go blow some hot air up your own arse somewhere else!! "iv seen more work than you've ever seen" lol lol lol a sure sign of someone that's don't feck all..

    Well don't run a bloody shoot then, I expect to be paid for my time and efforts like any other worker. I actually find it quite incredulous that people think you should put fuel in your car, turn up with your dogs and spend a day of your life working for a pittance to make their shoot economically viable. I ran it but I didn't pay for it. Let's say you went beating from nov 1st every sat that ruffly 12 days your out getting you £29 per day, if it's a half decent shoot a gun for the day will cost around £500, guessing you get a keepers day?? Split that £500 by 12 days = £41.66 per day add

    If you had any idea how much it actually cost to run a shoot you might not be so quick to expect more for your day, sadly it won't change how much you think your worth.. very few shoots these days are run at anything near a profit, the money from paying guests just goes to offset some of the years cost..

If your not happy with what they give you to cover yours costs why don't you either a/ just stop going, b/ go speak to the keeper, or c/ stop f*****g complaining and just get out and enjoy the day with your dogs, the craic, and being out in the country side for the day and try not to let that £1 less that your getting paid compared to average bother you too much, lol I tried to look after mine they were paid the going rate, had breakfast coffe nip etc then a hot lunch &a

    Well sell your dogs and pack up then!! What did you get your lab or spaniel for?? To work them I'm guessing, if it makes YOU feel better then start walking up every Saturday instead of picking up, I know which your dog will prefere.. When I was keepering I had folk giving up £200 a day at there work to come out with there dogs, but I guess I was lucky being surrounded by true dog folk.. I suggest you go speak to the police about who ever is holding the gun to your head making you go!!
