I did it for a grand but didn't use a HETAS registered person because they are a flaming rip off or were at the time as it was getting fashionable. Buy all the stuff separately and then get them to fit it so you aren't paying silly money. Also be careful not to get a stove too big, they use more fuel and you wont be able to sit in that room lol I have a 4.6 KW stove for a room about 4x5m and it is too big.

We are phasing our coal fired stations out to comply with EU legislation.. Germany are currently putting then finishing touches on 5 massive new ones.. Beggers belief. We have about 500 years worth of coal left in the ground, a lot of it is some of the cleanest burning coal in the world, yet we are led to belive we are forced to rely on foreign oil and gas to power our energy and pay through the nose so we can be 'green..' Have a look at some of the people who benefit from the green cult....Nick Clegg's wife and Camerons father to name just two.

Yeh but the idiots in power got hysterical about coal and fossil fuels in general, they allow political backlash caused by greenpeace etc to influence their energy policy which is supposed to be long sighted. Now we are seriously in the sh*t and are facing an energy crisis. Coal and gas should play a significant part of where our energy comes from.

Well I don't think anyone thought it was safe, in fact it's quite the opposite which is why they haven't been building nuclear plants for years people equate nuclear power with nuclear bombs. France gets around 85% of it's energy from Nuclear so not having it here is kind of pointless as if they had an accident we'd get all the effects anyway. Chernobyl deaths are hard to calculate because there was mass abotions of babies but from what I've read it's not anywhere as high any most people thing. It's clean energy in terms of the emissions. This all originates from acid rain and the hysteria about fossil fuels. Modern coal plants can also be fairly clean as well. Chernobyl should never have happened, it was a foolish experiment and not done under the correct conditions. Fukushima was an ancient reactor and was only the result of the huge Tsunami...something we're not likely to get in the UK. it makes no difference apart from its good for a dog to have its own space and its handy when its covered in mud and crap to have somewhere other than the settee for it to clean itself up. I think the other think I hear all the time is that they have much thicker coats if they live outside. When you look at my indoor Lab he has such a thin coat even now in November compared to any of the outdoor dogs. -

I agree and never give money two those two charities. If I want to give I will, I don't need some penis on the telly to tell me what to do. What really gets my goat is the way schools are now in on it, the kids don't like to be seen to be different but I don't want to be steamrollered in to having to give them money.

Yeh got one for my dog...I figured he couldn't hear my 2000 decibel whistle when he was running 800m in to the next field. Not entirely sure if he know's how to answer it but I have a good feeling that his recall with get better Hmmm I get ya mate. Wireless is no good though mate, you need it hardwired..................... to mains voltage! LOL Tried something similar it didn't work...can you have a ratting labrador?
