Now i would like that! i had a pilots log from ww2 made good money at auction ---- i never hang on to much and i`ve had some really nice and rare bits ...i puts some of the nice bits in the house but as soon as it gets a decent bid its gone You used to be able to get pilot logs for next to nothing, now anything WW2 related is worth a furtune. My map was bought for 2 quid from a local antique shop when I was a kid probably worth a fair bit now. German helmets are a good one to get in to if you know your stuff, problem is there's a lot of fakes out there.

I did get some pressies but I'm not too fussed about them for myself, I got a Zippo lighter and a shirt off the wife and a few other bits n bobs. My mum and dad got me a game journal, something to write the days catch/bags in. Probably the best present I could have had was the fact that our day were absolutely seamlessly, in years gone by we've had rows, people drinking too much or the kids opening all their pressies in the first 30 minutes leaving us nothing to do the rest of the day and not to mention missing Xmas because of work which happens a fair few times. I've got a navigators map from a raf bomber crew. Missions plotted from RAF Hemswell probably a Wellington Bomber squadron.

I must drink 15 cups of tea a day We only use Yorkshire really but it would be nice to try proper lose tea, I miss using a tea pot and strainer

Burned my hands and fingers something terrible cooking up food ahead of Xmas. Also got expanding foam stuck all over my fingers the other night so I'm looking like a self harming glue sniffer Nothing's happened today though in fact everything has gone surprisingly to plan

My freinds wife was home alone with just her daughter in Texas. Seeing an 'intruder' i.e. man in garden (could be anyone) she told the daughter to fetch the 'hogleg' (shotgun) and proceeded to blast away through the window. He said when he got home she'd shot up his swimming pool

Just got back from the Butchers, the cue was out the door and going down the street. Wifey still stuck in a cue in Tescos Weather is minging but probably not as bad as in Ireland....guess there's not going to be a frost on Christmas day

Happened to me whilst I was in the desert. I'd ordered a new credit card and it must have been stolen in the sorting office or something. Took me a while but I got it back in the end.

Yeh they'll get it back most likely although the banks can be tighter than a camels bum in a sandstorm. But the timing for that to happen is just completely sh*t Hope you all can forget about it on Christmas day and have a great time
