  1. Cheers pal, AA one it is then! Gonna extend me stock via but plate as suggested too, Get a black chopping board and get hacking. Also want to rub me stock down and give the plainish looking grain a black wash then re oil/varnish in clear matt. Any suggestions on materials very welcome! karpman Hiya Karpman. After you rub the stock down well, dust it off, and then wipe over with a lint free cloth dampend with turps/white spirit. Just a suggestion......if you use a SOLVENT based wood stain on the wood, you will still be able to see the grain of the timber through it

  7. Hi Ian. Silencer.....not a clue mate to be honest.......looks like an AA Check the cylender seal AGAIN mate, and when you screw it back on the rifle dont overtighten it. Also look to see if the cylender is being obstructed by the inside of the stock at all, preventing the cylender going all the way home. If that does not work, empty the cylender completely using the tool provided. Then fill, with bursts of air, empty again, and fill properly. Could be a bit of muck in the filling valve. Bill.

I have a MTC Viper 4-16x50 still for sale at £170 posted.( 5 Months old very little use ) Not long sold one to Danny-R10 on here, Im sure he will vouch for the quality. The only reason I am selling them is I have a lazy left eye ( Scope eye )and it struggles with the ret after a while. Here if you want it mate . ATB. Bill.

  15. Hi Karp. Without doubt the AA multi adaptor is brilliant, I have one on my s200. Never had a spot of bother with it. Follow instructions on fitting, and DO NOT overtighten the screws mate. The Rowen ones are very nice, but not self indexing. ATB. Bill.

  21. Hi Paul. If you have a look in the custom stock thread, I have put a bit in there about stock fitting and other changes pages 9/10 I think. I hope some of whats in there is of help to you If you look carfully at the butt pad, you will see two very small marks, top and bottom, push a cross head screw driver into these marks, and into the pad, you will find the two screws that hold on the pad Getting the fit right is very worth the effort mate. That grouping will get better, like you have said, just need to find the pellet that best suit the rifle mate Might pay to shoot 5 shot groups too buddy, give you a better idea of whats happening.
