  3. Hi Paul. If you have a look in the custom stock thread, I have put a bit in there about stock fitting and other changes pages 9/10 I think. I hope some of whats in there is of help to you If you look carfully at the butt pad, you will see two very small marks, top and bottom, push a cross head screw driver into these marks, and into the pad, you will find the two screws that hold on the pad Getting the fit right is very worth the effort mate. ATB. Bill.
  4. Hi Ant. You made a brilliant job of that, it looks propper handsome Once you get to grips with the first cut , it soon starts to take shape dosnt it. What tools did you find the most use during the build? On a personal note, the spoke shave and wood rasps were a huge help. Got any plans for making another one Anthony? Thanks for sharing your work with us mate ATB. Bill.

  15. Hi Head Shot. Your post has sort of taken me back a bit ? I own a .22 Ultra Multi shot that TENCH has tuned , regd, and fetlled for me. I am totaly amazed at what he has achieved with the rifle, using his knowlage, skill, and many years of experience working on PCPs, and the development of his regs. This guy has earnt his reputation as a top PCP tuner, its not hype as you say, but fact......the man knows his stuff. All respect to Mr Bowkett too. Simon has also regd, fettled and tuned my AAs200 for me, again, the results are absolutly brilliant. I shoot comfortably kn

  18. Hi Leon. Welcome to THL mate. Why do you want to tune it, is running rough.? Have you experience of tuning a PCP, or are you looking for it to be done by a proffessional? If its the latter of the two, give Adi a ring at A&M Gunsmiths 01623 861308. Have chat to him about what you want from the rifle, and he will help you out, great guy to talk too, and very good service. ATB. Bill.

  20. Hi Head Shot. I dont actualy make stocks for other people mate, sorry . As a complete and utter novice I decided to have a bash at making my own stock. On the way through the process, I have tried to share how I went about doing it. The outcome was pleasing for me, and I had great satisfaction from making the stock. If you decide to have a bash at one, I wish you luck, and hope some of the info here helps in some way. If you read back aways you will see I sourced my blank from Custom Stocks. ATB. Bill.
  21. Hi Al. I use some fully adjustable mounts, a bit on the expensive side but worth their salt. This will enable you to centre your scope, i.e. wind the turrets ( Gently ) all the way around,( Dont force them at the end ) then count every click all the way back. If you have say 300 clicks, turn the turret back 150 clicks to centre. Do this with Elevation and deflection, your scope should now be fairly well centered. Bring the rifle into zero with the adjustable mount, and fine tune using the turrets. If you can, it pays to buy decent mounts. Job done mate. Bill.
  22. Hi Alan. First of all try taking the mounts off and swoping them around ( Front to back, and back to front ) What rifle is it you are using Al ? Bill.
  23. Bill where is Back & Behond ? Shows cost to much money for Small Companies - I have them @ Lea Valley - http://www.lvagc.com - Club day's - Saturday's Or when at Bisley for Open Day's Running IPAS Display Shoots BOB/R Hi Bob. Im down in Devon mate. I can understand the costs of the shows, shame it has such an impact on smaller companies. Some of the smaller companies have a lot to offer the shooting enthusiast. Shame you cant team up with another trader and share the costs, or does that not work? ATB. Bill.
  24. Hi all. Good luck tonight, hope the wind dies down for you all. Look forward to your post on DOUBLE figures ATB. Bill.
