Ingredients 2 rabbits, cut into serving pieces Salt and pepper Flour 2 tbs. olive oil 2 onions, sliced 2 cloves garlic, minced 6 carrots, peeled and sliced 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced 2 tbs. fresh parsley, minced ¼ tsp. thyme ½ tsp. oregano, rubbed 4 bay leaves 2 cups dry white wine Recipe Preheat oven to 350º. Salt and pepper rabbit and coat with flour. Place oil, onions, garlic, carrots and mushrooms in large casserole dish. Place rabbit on top of vegetables. Sprinkle with parsley, thyme and oregano. Add bay leaves and wine. Cover and bake 1 hour or until rabbit is

  7. Like they have always been here I've gotton my eldest (4) into a routine of helping me handle and feed every night, I think its good to give them a bit of responsibility.......... Pocket money has just arisen if she helps me clean the kennel Good plan I agree, responsibility is a good thing for kids these days. Great when they get actively involved in looking after animals/ hunting etc.

  14. I have to agree with Ditch on this one Ive just got the BSA XL Lightening and its brilliant!! I would definately recommend it for his xmas present. How old is he? Its very light, easy to handle and lovely to shoot with.

    WEATHER?

    Fear not everyone!! :clapping: I am getting rid of my scooter in the next few days so its bound to be sunny from here on in!! Every f**king day since I got that scooter it has rained and I have ended up at work drenched to buggery!! Im getting a car on Friday so the sun will shine (Honest)
