  5. I cant believe she is still for sale!! If I had the room I would definately of had her!
  6. What brilliant pictures and what lovely pups!
  7. They are both awful with the ferrets! I dont know if its me being a bit scared to let them run free together but they both seem intent on eating the ferrets! Molly jumps on them (Tail wagging though) and the ferts try to bite her and Daisy spends nearly all day at the hutch trying to get in! The kitt winds her up by climbing up and down the mesh trying to bite her tongue When I see other people's photos with their dogs playing with their ferrets I could cry as I cant see that ever happening here I wouldnt care, I REALLY want them to work together as I have predominantly rabbiting permission
  8. Lakeland x russell is 11 months, patterdale is 10 months. Havent done much to be honest but they are both coming of age for this season so only time will tell.
  9. He's looking great! I love the pics with the dog mind! Im having very little luck getting mine used to the ferrets They seem intent on wanting to eat them Your mates obviously done a grand job there!
  10. Welcome to the site mate.
  11. Thanks for those tips - thought it looked similar to your one. I like the way you customised yours - think I'll be taking some of these tips. I DO have an electric screwdriver (or at least my husband has one I can use!), and I'll prob get my 14y old to help build it! (better than asking Mr Grumpy who isn't too chuffed I bought it!)... So, some little blocks of wood at the corners to ease with hosing out the muck - top tip! Can you show a pick of the shelf in the house please? Just so I can figure out how to do it! Sounds like it will make more space for them too! I h
  12. They play with all of the toys, they especially like the soft squeaky ball but their favorite pastime seems to be a big padded envelope They go wild when I put one in
  13. Thought I'd put up a few pics of my dogs. The lakeland x russell is showing a keen interest already but the patterdale just wants to play
  14. Here you go. My ferrets love it and Im sure yours will too!
  15. Well done martin, getting permission isnt easy at all Youre so right when you say get out there and ask! Ive just landed myself two lots of ferreting land 45 mins drive away, word of mouth spreads fast too
  16. Wow! That is a REAL bargain! I just paid £200 for the same thing not 4 weeks ago!! It took me 20 minutes to assemble (Piece of P**S) but you will need some one to hold it for you, if you have an electric screwdriver; all the better! You may find that the bed area is too big for the ferrets, I improvised and put a shelf up in mine making the top floor the bedding area and the bottom floor the feeding area (Which I drilled small holes in so that the water drains out when I hose it out daily, just to get rid of any unwanted germs) I have mine on concrete and I put small blocks of wood at each
