    Good on you Woodga!! You had more luck than me!! I went to one of my permissions and had no luck at all Its a big garden with surrounding fields, the land owner says she see's loads of rabbits but I only saw ONE!! There didn't appear to be any evidence of any rabbits All the rabbit holes had cobwebs in them. The cover was terrible and the field was still too high to go in. Ive told her I'll be back in November with a lurcher and a lamp You seem to have great permission there YIS Julia.

    Well, I have to say I DO miss LURCHERBITCH, she was a good poster and things are'nt the same without her. Fair enough she may have done some things wrong but dont we all make mistakes? Im not spoiling for an argument (Its not my style ) but we have to be able to move on and stick together All the anti's that are about must be having a field day reading these posts Lets not give the ammunition eh?!!

    Ive had Lurcherbitch on the phone today and she has asked me to put this thread on for her as her pc is in for repair and has been for ages Here goes.... 1. Can Polecat or Sarah get in touch with bob for her please (She had three dogs off Bob). 2. Her puppy's eyes are weeping a lot/ puffy, its not unwell, is eating fine and generally in good health apart from that, he friends dog (Who lives in close proximity) has the same condition at the minute also? She was wondering if anyone has any ideas as to what this might be? Its starting to get the third eye too 3. How do you get rid of ferns

    perhaps you're right, Id never thought about it like that Sometimes you cant learn things from a book, maybe thats why she's still biting me then? i think its time to try a different method One of the above sounds quite good

    My little kitt is a proper bugger where biting is concerned. I scruff her by firmly (But not hurting) holding her fur around her neck and placing her on the floor - she is unable to bite me while im holding her like this and I let her go when she stops writhing around, I then quickly give her a toy to play with to distract her from my fingers and all is well. I read somewhere that this is what the mothers do with them? So far, so good but if Im doing it wrong tell me - I can take constructive criticism.

    Last night I was messing round with my camera on my phone and shouted my dogs name and she turned round looking like this!! I think I'll put it on the mantle piece to keep the kids off
