Cut up yer spuds into wedges, put into a bowl, drizzle olive oil over them, add ground paprika (lots), fresh ground black pepper (lots), sea salt and mix up well to coat them. I covered an oven shelf with tin foil, put them on, stuck it in the middle at gas mark 6 for 45+ minutes. They will need longer if they're big, keep an eye on them. Add a couple of branches of rosemary on top of them if you have it.
