Mate, everyone is right on that score it is highly inappropriate.......but ask yourself if you would have thought much of it watching back then? Remember the times of Lena Zaveroni, they used to have her singing with grown men all the time......nobody batted an eyelid and the people she sung with probably never had the slightest sick intention but look at today and people are thinking all sorts. I just think it's the most terrible thing you can call a man and to call him it based on some smart arse half chats edited footage is a nasty thing to do.

With respect wilf mate you can't edit someone missing someone unless it happened,or good graphics lol And likewise with respect mate, you can edit film footage to make it look any way you want to.

Well then, what right has anyone to call the bloke anything?........thanks for that TC. Like most things these days, people don't stop to think. That bloke may be totally innocent of anything, how would anyone here like some smart arse with an editing programme on his PC to paint them in this light if they were innocent?........personally, I'd find whoever made it and throw them out of a window !

Using the old head for a minute, that footage may have been edited to f**k to make it look as bad as it did........watched in it's entirety of probably an hour which would allow the watcher to establish context and also watched without your modern "Jimmy Saville media" eyes.......it may have looked very different indeed. I have no idea who that bloke is but I'm loath to call someone something as serious as a peado based on some heavily edited footage. I get what you are saying mate and you are spot on, apart from a few lone voices in the darkness so to speak, most people don't give a shit about anything other than the next trip to the shopping centre. The place I used to live is going to be completely destroyed with 20 thousand houses and a motorway carved right through the middle and people are saying "well, that's handy I can get to work 15 minutes quicker !"..........I don't get that at all and it's an attitude they apply to their life about everything. Do you think there can be a certain amount of hubris about these things sometimes ?........that people are willing to take the risk believing their own abilities can out match nature? I mean let's be honest, nobody buys a lab as a guard dog because it has no history of doing damage to humans......they buy dogs that have the history and capability to seriously hurt and kill other dogs and even in some unfortunate cases humans. I mean a small risk is still a risk and when a child's bedroom lays empty it's all a bit late for the "he has never done that before" speech.

As I said mate, it's only a personal opinion. See, nobody would get a working terrier based on the logic that it can be trained into working well and yet people will happily buy a bull type based on the logic that it can be trained out of doing things serious damage. I don't get that at all and personally it would be a risk too far.

Good discussion boys. King, I don't understand why people would put a strong type of dog in a household environment anyway no matter if they are a cur or very well bred. I know many do and do it successfully but personally I don't understand it. I have shotguns in the house but I wouldn't let the kids play with them if you get my meaning mate.
