There's a few things there Id disagree with,overpopulation is the root cause for the price of houses and mass unskilled immigration keeps the working mans wage low,not austerity measures. Do you think the fact that they didnt already know you randomly buy your wife flowers suggests just how random it is Well, given that it happens about once every few years I'd say that was pretty random......I always forget birthdays, wedding anniversary etc so I just do random acts when the mood takes me.........which isn't too often ! I have to admit I am exactly the same I just want to get out of there as quick as I can with no chat. Before I moved, loads of people I knew were saying "oh, how do you think you will get on with not knowing anyone etc".......my reply was simple "I'm not worried because I will know everyone in 6 months" and I did! Spent my life dealing with people what with working on the market and one thing and another and it's part of my character to strike up a conversation with a friendly "hello, how are you......" Politeness costs precisely f**k all and it makes you feel better when you walk up to say a miserable looking shop assistant and leave them with a laugh and a smile on their face.......f

To be honest, it's so rare to see a woman breastfeeding that it really don't warrant conversation. My wife fed all my 4 kids and I can think of about twice where she ever had to feed the baby while we were out.....she always carried a special shawl type thing that completely covered her and the baby and looked for somewhere quiet to do it. So, I'm round my old mums and she likes Emmerdale........f**k me, I want to go and live in a rural Yorkshire farming community......they are all driving BMWs and Range Rovers.......modern coffee shops, water skiing and sky diving, big manor houses and multi million pound businesses.........and there's me thinking they were just farming a few cows and sheep !!
