My favourite time in London is early mornings on the weekend, it still feels like my town. Stood by the river with a tea strong enough to scour frying pans, 3 sugars and a fag......you can sort of feel that dirty old river run through your veins. soppy as f**k, but true for me.

......I have been in Blighty all week, watching people having to risk their lives to get to work because next month the bailiffs will be knocking on the door if they can’t afford the council tax payment and worried they will get a £60 fine from school if they don’t risk the life of their kids to get them there...... Its f***ing paradise mate ! My kids have been home all week, the government just said “Stay Home, stay safe....and if you are vunerable switch on the heat and we will pick up the tab” Terrible way to live

remember it well, the mrs phoned me and said “America is under attack!”..... I went home, The city got shut down......terrible scenes of those poor people jumping to their deaths. The only good thing to come out of it was that it finished the IRA once and for all......they got buried that day. No more noraid dollars and no government on earth to tolerate them......they knew every measure could now be brought to bare against them.

It snaps me stuff like that brother, had a bird from down the school about a year before I moved.....had an English bull terrier, used to stand outside the gates at home time with it to pick up her nipper. Asked me if I wanted it as it was too much for her.....told her “no sorry” Anyway, said dog was got rid of.........only to be replaced a short time later with a mastiff for school run !! Brilliant ! -

have a look at the banksman/ slinger course and also crane supervisor ......decent dollar in that gig brother. But, personally, I think building site work would drive you insane !.......especially those big sites.
