I think there’s a lot of guilt put on people with food too. Take a chicken, we all know it should be a score and to buy one raised exactly how a chicken should will be a score…..but most of us live in the real world and if you buy one for £4 then what you gonna do ? Take a house like mine with 6 mouths to feed, I’m lucky enough to be able to raise my own meat but if I couldn’t I’d be out there trying to get the best value I could for my money……especially when the likes of diesel is €1.69 and ordinary peoples burden is going up daily. That’s a decent post mate but I completely disagree that you can make that correlation anymore. Just because we are rich don’t mean we don’t have record knife crime etc. It is positive that Britain is and can attract this type of investment, it’s no surprise to me because we are brilliant at things, always have been. The question is, what are we going to do with all this wealth ?……if it’s simply to climb out of the pit in front of the other bloke, buy a house away from the shitholes then what does it mean ?……nothing. Hold my beer !……..lol Sorry lads, but I can’t help but feel that it’s all good news about money…… Britain don’t have a money problem or a great minds problem and prior to concreting over everything it didn’t have a bio diversity problem…… It has a “don’t want my 14 year old to get stabbed” and “I wonder if my car will get nicked tonight” problem. Britain's problems are social, not financial.

This may not be exactly right but I think the farmers are getting around 40-60 pence a chicken, 37,000 at a time x 3 or 4 times a year. Time you take out costs it works out much less than minimum wage.

We would not license some of the medicines that the USA do for animal use but as far as I know mate, yes, “farmed” in exactly the same way.

I did the gdpr course and as far as I remember the responsibility is yours to make sure nobody has access to sensitive information. Even then you should only keep it for as long as it takes you to process whatever work you are doing. With an ongoing contract then obviously you have to keep a bare minimum all the time. Bottom line, he shouldn’t have been able to get access to anything sensitive and it’s totally your responsibility to make sure nobody does. Be careful, don’t know what it’s like post brexit under uk law, but I know prior to brexit the fines are not capped….it
