I understand and respect your premise but I don’t agree.
I think your timelines are all out of whack, Let’s take Britain, it has existed for tens of thousands of years as a populated island…..and broadly speaking the indigenous Britain of today is indistinguishable from he Britain of 2 or 3 thousand years ago, if you had stood a village of 1945 as a group next to a village of 100ad unclothed in a room they would have looked the same pretty much.
