Brilliant post matey, and your bang on. Not just dogs, but all "pet" animals like horses, cats etc.........if people bred less and culled more it would be a safer place for humans and a better place for pets in general.

A coat is a top idea, if your are travelling back any distance and your dog has had a good do out in cold, wet conditions then a coat is brilliant until you can get them home and dry and some grub in their belly. Most sighthound type dogs are thin skinned so it can only help. Just try running around in the pissing of rain with a biting easterly wind in January then see if you feel cold when you stop?

19 Convictions..........just off the back of a 6 year stretch behind the door..........given the fact we cant gas these f*****g vermin, when are we going to bring in the 3 strikes law like america?.......3rd conviction and away you go for life. These wont give a f**k about 4 years behind the door, they will be out in 2 and right back doing it to some other poor family. Why the f**k do we keep these people alive?

I would think there is a world of difference between a conscript and a professional soldier who has many roles to fulfil in a small army......that is no reflection on bravery or sacrifice of those who came before just a fact. Believe me, I have a had a few lads between 18 and 24 working for me and I tell you now, not one of them would make the grade because they don't have the right mental attitude.
