    Hello! just wondering if anyone has or does use the Deben LED Cyclopse handheld lamp for lamping with the dogs at all? http://www.deben.com/lights_lamping/cyclops_led_rechargeable.php Usuable distance, tightness of beam, not illuminating the sourrounding area, what its like with the filter on etc.. I would be using it in smallish fields so dont need any great distance but still a usuable spot would be good? Cheers Neil

    I use marks & spencers, one of the best prices around for the level of cover and heard good things about them, not had to make a claim yet though so cant tell you what there like for that, weve got a good vet thats happy to wait and have the money paid straight to them, my dogs a lurcher not so just classed as a mixed breed. I wouldnt risk not having insurance now with the cost of vets, if ya really care for ya animals, and not rich, its the only way forward, in my opinion (before anyone jumps on me, and they will)

    Hello, i think my jills having a phantom pregnancy maybe, dragging my other jills about hoarding food and got nippy like she does when she has young, is there anyway of bringing her out of it as shes a pain in the a$$, had to seperate her and never easy to handle when shes like this. Does it usually run roughly the full term? (41 days right?) she isnt in season had a jill jab 6/8wks ago, i suppose she could be coming in again but shes fine normally when shes in season. Theres no chance she could be pregnant. (unless someone has broken in at night and let his hobb have there evil way) Cheers!

    well cheaper than a spray collar anyways, anythings worth a try like, thanks for the advice jenna, atb Nicole. If ya gonna go down the water direction i would suggest a plant/hairdressers water spray thingy, filled with salt water i have used this before when normal training havent worked, if the dogs barking/wining spray it in the face WHILE or immediatly after, unless it immediate it wont associate it with its wining, tastes horrible, but is harmless and dont soak ya dog through, make sure theres fresh water out though.     Hello, For meat you really want an indian game cross if ya breeding ya self Indian cock running with summat else, i had hybrids so id get the eggs). but you will get much quicker results if ya buy broilers in, eggs or day olds, either incubate/and/or keep them under a lamp till big enough or get some silkie (or hope ya other hens do)crosses and wait till they go broody and make sure you can get the eggs asap once the hen does goes broody, lot easier letting the chicken do all the work though.
