  4. Hutch, The argument is dependant on whether you think people are born gay or not. I have a very good mate we used to be out on the town and I know for certain he shagged loads of women then I lost contact with him he's now living with a bloke and is now gay apparently. He is the last person I would ever have thought would have been gay Next one is a lad I know who through work, told everyone he was gay for years he's now happily married to a lass, I asked him once I thought you were gay? He said he "thought he was but obviously was just confused he no longer thinks men are attractive a
  5. No govt has the stomach for the fight it would take to over turn it. What does it matter to joe public it doesn't affect their sky TV, iPhone or Xbox so what do they care? Show them a picture of a dead fox tell them it was hunted with dogs ask them if it should be allowed 90% would say no. It would take a govt with a lot of fight to start convincing the public of the reality of true field sports and as has already been said they have bigger fish to fry. Much to my sadness I don't ever see the ban being lifted and you have Labour to thank for that so the next time your n the polling boo
  6. Gay marriage is wrong, they have civil partnership that should be enough. It's always the church that takes the beating why not the mosques why not the synagogues? For the last 1000 years the Christian values have kept this country on a stable footing but now it seems to me over the last 60 or so years these values are being eroded to a point of no return. I read on here loads of times why this country is going down the pan, it's death by a thousand cuts this just being another one of many. I worry where it will all end, in 30 years will there be a debate about whether peadophiles are inde
  7. I paid £150 for mine 2nd hand so yes I would say quite cheap.
  8. And I think it is by the age 30, the max exit pupil has reduced to only 5mm and not the 7mm of the young adult! Quality of glass and coatings are defiantly the best option. I only use cheap scopes on my rimmies, ( Nikon monarch 3 and bushnell) but they are both more than suitable for day, dawn/dusk and lamping. Got to agree with Tegater on the Nikon range I have a Monarch on my .223 and it's very good for the money, also a mate has the pro staff for a rimmy I could think of no better scope on a budget. A Zeiss representative looked through the pro staff and admitted he had no id
  9. Yes I wouldn't have chosen a bloody Ford to make the journey I know that much

  12. Just read they have set up a seperate fund asking for £3.00 per month to help fund legal campaigns. Why is it that no reporter when the RSPCA are standing there saying they will spend any amount of money to protect any animal no matter how small never ask them if that's the case why the put to sleep thousands of healthy dogs every year? Why is that question never asked of them???
  13. Apologies Seeker I never noticed your attachment. No probs pal
  14. Look at the post in the frequently asked questions section it tells you all you need to know http://www.thehuntinglife.com/forums/topic/67282-firearms-certificate/
  15. so do you think that any of them would be any use if you were in a situation where someone was entering your home and you thought you were at risk, by the time any of them turned up (if there was anyone on duty within a 10 mile radius) you would be toast, think that is something the government has accepted due to all the cutbacks they`ve made and have clarified the law to point out what you can or cannot do, major case law on this is Tony Martin, his big balls (and the only one) is he shot them when they were running away, if he had shot them inside his house it would have been `no problem`, a
  16. Congratulations well done to you both it's great to hear two people sticking together through thick and thin That's what marriage is all about
  17. Sorry for your loss, I've only just started on my journey with mine and I dread to think what it will be like many years from now,
  18. Not to p*ss on anyone's chips here but it's well known our outstanding boys and girls in blue often read these sites and posts so if you are a fire arms or shotgun cert holder it probably isn't a great idea to talk about when and how you would shoot someone if they broke into your home. Not unless you fancy a knock at the door in the near future. Me I would defend my home and family with my last breath but that wouldn't involve shooting someone, ATB

  21. Nothing wrong with a semi auto if that is you preference, Try both semi and bolt action to see what you prefer I have used and do use both bolt action and semi auto, I wouldn't be without my semi auto. I hear this a lot "but there not accurate" or "they jam all the time" this is usually (not always) from someone who has never even fired one nevermind owned one. Each to their own I suppose it wouldn't do for us all to like the same thing, I don't like Susan Boyle but she still sells plenty of records
  22. she filled my wank bank right up over over the summer....loved the slow mo in HD You would have to lower the tone  Just for you jess butt fans....
