Its not really different to how it is now. If the Police do an ANPR check with a camera as long as registration matches the type of vehicle and its shown as being insured and MOT'd then it will pass, only where the vehicle is ANPR'd in York but is registered in Cardiff for example would thispotentiall warrent further investigation by the Police who may choose to stop it and question the driver about the vehicle which is when the exact details would be checked. Registered owner etc.

Think your being a bit generous there BH I read it's actually 3,500 troops, 2000 support 12 typhoons and a couple hercules. Of these servicing personnel they will be given the option if they wish to remain serving within the UK's armed forces or go with an independent Scotland. The thing is they could have 12 Typhoon jets and no pilots to fly them if they all wished to remain in the RAF!!! It's just a very poor joke really one that a fear will backfire not only on the Scottish people but on sadly on the UK aswell

IMO this is a really serious vote for you Scottish lads, there are some interesting views on the reasons why independence would be a good thing for Scotland however there is FAR too much uncertainty and too many in answered questions voting yes is nothing more than a gamble. You'd think so wouldn't you, I'm afraid this couldn't be further than the truth, in our area of South Yorks so many are brain washed nothing will change, it's a case of my dads, dads dad voted labour so that's what I will do. Labour could bring out a policy that each house hold needs to make a spare bedroom available to house an asylum seeker and they would still vote for them. Sad really.
