Agreed we should have left well alone, but thanks to Blair and Bush here we are and we have got to deal with it. Blames matters little now We couldn't leave alone though mate, 1st war Saddam invaded Kuwait and had to be stopped. 2nd war he was refusing to work with the weapons inspectors, he could have been stockpiling tons of chemical weapons for another go, as it turned out he wasn't and Blair, Bush were guilty of entering us into a non legitimate war due to a gung-ho attitude. They should have waited until they had a UN agreement and for that they should hang their heads in shame. I

Seriously guys the vote has been on the agenda for 2 years. The vote took place three days ago. The answer from the majority of the Scottish population including lowering the voting age to capture the 16 year olds was still to reject independence. However bitter this pill may be to swallow for some ,accept it, move on and look forward or this bitterness will only eat you up. As I said earlier Salmond has created a wedge between a country where there didn't need to be one. That will be his legacy.

Grant, Millipede isn't a political he's a little boy that was probably bullied a lot at school. Labour are a joke and have been for 15 years, anyone who has any pride in where they live should never vote for labour again. I know I won't. Cameron has promised a whole shake up of the powers for not only for Scotland but the whole of the UK and that must be welcomed. Surely it's far too early to start commenting about lies false promises, it's only been 2 days.

FFS I understand some of the yes voters are pissed off but at least be pissed off with the right people. Salmond could not answer critical questions about the future of an independent Scotland. Would you go and get a mortgage from a bank and when you ask "what are the repayment terms, how long is the mortgage for, what's the interest rates?" And the bank said "we don't know just take the mortgage out and we will sort it out later" would you do it? Of course you wouldn't, and that was the problem with Salmond and the yes vote. Quite right too, why should Scottish MP's or Welsh or Irish for that matter be able to vote on specific English issues? If it doesn't effect them they shouldn't get a say.

Obviously I'm over the moon our Britain is still Great My concern is Herr Presedente Salmond has now driven a wedge between the people of Scotland which I fear will take a long time to heal. And for that reason he should be ashamed. To all you yes supporters I hope you can be magnanimous in defeat and work together to make our UK stronger

Yes mate I know, I have respect for you even though we've not met (probably a lammy thing ) but there is a vote going on which could have huge consequences for me and my family and future generations and yet I don't have a say. What I'm more pissed off with is the fact that this vote is being held in the first place, who asked me, where's my vote if I want my Great Britain to be broken up? Seriously why do I not get a say what is happening to my UK? Went to the children's hospital with my lad when he broke his wrist, he was about 6 year old at the time, they have a triage room where a nurse identifies the type of injury the child has, Before us was a young Asian/Pakistani lass about the same age clearly in pain with her stomach and she was having to translate to her parents what the nurse was saying and translate the answers to the questions back to the nurse whilst doubled up in pain. I thought poor lass and then I thought what a f*ckin shit set of parents she has.
