All garage forecourts are soon to be fitted with them (numberplate recognition) any vehicle with no tax/insurance/mot, or outstanding PCNs etc = No Fuel. Wander on to the wrong road without the appropriate license, expect a fine to drop through your door.

To be fair Watson is one of a very small number of MPs who have answered correspondance sent to them on the subject of allegations of child abuse. He also personaly attended a talk given by the 'UK Column's Brian Gerrish and promised to look into the information presented. He's not doing enough, but he's doing more than most.
