  1. You could have ordered a new veil or hood from sheriff bud. Just patched a small hole in my veil with flyscreen mesh. Lol
  2. Get a pd5. One fill does scores of jobs, less contact with the dust for you. Wasp wand attached will reach anywhere a dust stick will and is easier to control.
  3. Nice bitch WM. Love the pic of her trying to drown the terrier!
  4. Sherrif all the way. They are just up the road from me, good discount cos I collect in person. Quality gear.
  5. I'm pretty sure they can DNA test Neil.
  6. I wouldn't take too much notice of foxbolter bud...trolls quite a few threads, not the sharpest tool in the box.
  7. I've got a larsen down here if your friends want to use it swarmcatcher.
  8. Was the metal handle a special order nod? I know they do one with metal but thought it had an adjustable cone spray nozzle ? I did like the sprayer itself but the plastic handle is pants.
  9. Any good for the putanges? Mine are rusting a bit which does hamper firing. I thought it may reduce the need for frequent wire brushing? Hi,...I have it on good authority,..that a protective coating such as Dakota,..will work just fine on the Putanges Cheers Phil I've found the rust affects the triggers a lot.

  11. Thanks Darren. I think treating my putanges may help keep rust at bay and keep the prongs smooth. As I said, I used wd40 and had no end of backfills after. Maybe coincidence or possibly user error!
  12. I've heard of something called speed dip-what is it and what does it do?
  13. One tip- don't use wd40 on mole traps! ? had every trap backfilled after using it until I cleaned and weatherd them.
  14. I bought the mesto but the handle is plastic and broke when I was putting it together. Sent it back, pity, it's not bad but handle wouldn't be up to much abuse.
  15. Village idiot's back. Every post reinforces it... Serious question foxbolter-how old are you?
  16. Sorry to hear that bud. Always liked his stamp as you know.
  17. I don't regard being paid for not catching a mole as being paid properly for doing a proper job. Can't argue with that. Same applies to any pest-if it's not gone the jobs not done.
  18. You have a point FD. Then, so does Odin.
  19. Example- someone asks advice, give some, either on the thread or by pm. Or don't! ?
  20. I've had good results in normal tunnels, but Some tunnels were half the width of the prongs again so moley must have been coming up against the prongs rather than the trigger, hence the backfill? I'll try side on, thanks. Fat fecking moles here!
  21. Interesting stuff. I've had a few jobs with wide tunnels recently and had traps backfilled. Put some in with the triggers sideways to try. Unfortunately caught a couple by the front foot. I'm guessing the mole has pushed the trigger with its foot as it sits lower down. I think a square trigger could remedy this?
