  4. WELL IM AMAZED THIS THREAD IS STILL GOING I HAVE ONLY LOOKED AT IT A COUPLE OF TIMES SINCE WRITING IT TO BE HONEST IT WAS PART MEANT , TONGUE IN CHEAK. BUT BECAUSE OF MY NOT TO GOOD USE OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE IT COMES ACROSS A BIT STRONG. BUT THE POINT WAS STILL THE SAME, ABOUT ASKING PERMISION. BUT OF COURSE I CAN SEE THAT IT WASN'T RECIEVED WELL BY LANDOWNERS OR KEEPERS. I ALSO DIDN'T WORD IT RIGHT READING BACK AS IT HAPPENS I HAVE A LOAD OF PERMISION, AND I ALSO WORK AS A PEST CONTROLER. SO I GET PAID WORK AS WELL. IN FACT THIS SEASON HAS BECOME VERY DIFICULT GETTING ROUN
  5. can the mark 3 collars be used with a mark 1 box? thanks TOMO
  6. i dont know why i have never had one, as i have always liked them, maybe one day
  7. i dont think they will be duffas zig zag they will be copys, take it from some one thats tried the cheap ones , i tried the big cheese barrel traps they were missfireing all the time. fooking w@nk. in fact if the lady from kilgerm reads this, do ya selvs a favour, and get rid of all there stuff. it fecking pants. tried there squirrel live cage a few years ago i tested it , first time the firing spring snapped. they have a little spingy band type of thing, fecking shite
  8. heres a set i u may find helpful rolf , i used this last year in a garden and it was very productive. trapping 6 squirrels in 3 days. normaly i would have set the trap the normal way up , at the bottom of the fence, but after watching them running along , i just thought it would work well upside down and it did
  9. nice kennel that mark , very nice
  10. thats what i was on about , but use shorter board, so it can get in small akward places, just take the cordless with ya on new jobs , and screw it in place
  11. heres my new 11 week old pup with the front end of a hare
  12. i had a mate 20 year ago , who's lurcher had to be put down , eating cooked rabbit . the bones got stuck in the gut and the vet couldn't do owt. for years though i always boiled mine and the dogs got half each evry day, one day the , one would get the front end the next it got the back end. i still do the same now , but feed raw, guts out and skinned but the feer left on.
  13. one thing mate , theres plenty $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ to be ernd out there at the mo my mate who lives there calls it the land of milk and honey
  14. I'm always amazed at what good value pest control is for the public in general......can you imagine an electrician or a plumber charging you £90 for three visits/callouts Martin YOUR DEAD RIGHT MATE WE SHOULD CHARGE MORE, WHEN YOU THINK ABOUT IT WE ARE SAVING LIVES JUST THINK OF ALL THE GERMS RATS AND MICE BRING IN THE HOME. NOT TO MENTION STRUCTUAL DAMAGE CAUSED BY ALL THE PESTS . AND OF COURSE THE FIRE RISK CAUSED BE BY CHEWING THREW CABLES. WAS ON A SQUIRREL JOB A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO , AND THE END RAFTER SUPPORTING THE TILES ON A ROOF WAS CHEWED THROUGH HALF WAY.
  15. you got a big chip on your shoulder about hare dogs aint ya very sad mark
  16. 70 rabbits you been drinking again mate, not saying she cant do it, just saying there aint 70 in that pic. theres about 40 odd
  17. some good advise there from OTC, I MADE THE MISSTAKE of using 2.1/4 on 10 z and only single notting it last year. i was an idiot , should no better after 20 year nitting the 10z i had stretches like hell , and doesnt tighten very well, so now i have a dozen nets that have nots loosening . i am afraid theres only 1 thing for these nets, save the rings an draw cord
  18. where, and how far from perth is kalgoorie ? hairy bull
  19. there are plenty kangaroos , rabbits are not in great numbers i dont think , there are foxes, but i dont know weather they spend much time unerground. your best bet is to pm hairy bull , or roodogs on this site mate , they live there
  20. its hard to say for diffrent reasons, if it were best bag in a single night then thats TARA at 22" kelpie x whipp/grey who i have now, but best persentages is VISA 26"" line bred saluki type lurcher who is also with me now, VISA makes the hole thing look very easy and realy misses much . also a dog i had back in the early nintyes, called BESS 24"" her dam was a first cross pittbull/grey sire was a norfolk type, she also made the hole prosses look easy and had a great strike on good rabbit ground on windy nights all these dogs got in the 30's with TARA's best being 45. bu
  21. well done mate, good haul there very nice. you do realise Markbrick is going to be imposible now , he will be laying down challanges left right and centre
  22. i notice all the usual suspects at the bottom of this thread reading, it might get messy
  23. for mole trapping in an avrage sized garden i charge £90 , thats for 3-5 visits first visit setting trapps , second visit removing moles and reseting, then probly a third vist taking maybbe more moles out. and removing traps. of course you may need to do additional vists, i usualy work out a visit at about £30. if its a big area more like paddocks then its more money
