    Oh dear......Plong i dont mean to be impolite as im sure your a good guy....but you are making yourself look more naive with every word you say !........Ive competed at a decent level and have a good name in the fitness game within my area......i think the difference between what im saying and what your saying is im talking from experience,from solid basic genetic/nutritional principals.......and your talking from what you have heard !......what is the exact benefit of taking painkillers to train legs ?.....thats not a difficult question now is it... Im not saying steroids make no difference

    like i said buddy,, its very unlikly your motor is actualy doing 40 mph,, spedo's are nearly always over

    you can see from the vid it wasnt very long as the motor overtook the dogs,, done it myself with my dogs,,, they cant keep that speed for long,,,,, and of course very few car speedomitors are correct,,, 99% when registering 40mph,,, will be doing less in alot of cases 5 mph less. but it a great way to keep there fitnes up when there not working,, and a nice site to see those little dogs stretching the muscles like that
