the thing is hares can still be cought on bad nights,, there always sat out unlike rabbits,,, of course they can be skitish if its still,, but when your roadsiding,, you can move quikly from one field to the next

i can answer that question,, on rabbits anyway,,, as andy was with me on a few ocastions when hes had his best bags of bunnys... this last winter we had 101 in one night,,, that was 53 to my bitch venus,, andy carried for me,,, his two sons had don and regie,, they cought the others...on a difrent part of the farm. we also had a 90 a few weeks earlier with just don and venus,,both getting 45 each,,,, and in 2009 we got 100 in one night with ginny and with my non minsaw bitch tara

yeh ive watched it a few times,,,, they do an interview thing at the end,, and he often says how he does it,,,, aparantly he drinks lots of water,, and eats lots of fibre,,,, i think both of these things help with digesting such huge amounts of food. i think he goes the gym as well.. think it was an ice cream chalenge , the other week ,, he had a plate of chips on the side,, to help with the sweetness fecking mad

max didnt breed her ,, bdlc,,,, i did ....... not his fault ,,,, max bred her her dam,, who had plenty of wind and on more than 1 ocasion pulled a 4 miniuter in on fen land like any litter not all will be the best,, shes just a rabbit dog and not going to be bred from,,, her brother does the bizzo and has more in the tank as does swift by all acounts

i dont think theres any need for a husky type dog to be added,,,like has been said,, they have plenty staminar in there now.... but had andy mated jack to a husky instead of the collie to get don,,,i dont think the reuslting pups would have been any slower than don and his litter mates............would have been an intresting experiment,, thats for shure

i didnt do any hunting or fishing there unfortnatly,, so i dont know about sea fishing,,,, i took a bus tour up 90 mile beach,, the bus drives on the beach,, wich is deserted,, but evry now and then there will be a few 4x4 parked on the beach,, with some beach casters stood up and a big old barbaque on the go,,, with a big cool box full of bears,,,looked like heaven to me

youl love it mate,,, especialy having your bro there,,,cheap lodgings.lol,, taupo is a nice town as well,,, back when i went it was 3 dollers to the pound,,, not as good now,,,, spent a few hours, in the gunshop there,,big shop as well,, bending the ears of the asistant with questions about hunting,,lol,, i bet he was fecking fed up with me... im not a fisherman,,, but apart from lake taupo,,, evrywhere in N,Z is free to fish apparantly , or perhaps thats just rivers,, you just buy a rod licence,, and away you go

ive been to taupo donk,,,toured all round the north island,,, you can hunt on goverment land 7 days a week 365 days a year,,, theres no seasons for the deer cos there pests, and your right there hunting mags make ours look like shit,,, yep they have big hunting/ fishing clubs,, and organise weekends where all the dog lads get together,,, like show,,, and have a comp to see who can kill the heaviest hog.....brlliant country
