Yeh the Belgian v USA game was a cracking game,,, But yeh all that diving does my head in,,,,interestingly I was watching the World Cup from a few year back,,,they been doing programs on the old ones,,,,it was great to see tackles going in,,,and players still standing up in the tackle

Yeh bread is a tuff one to give up,,, I love sarnies,,,but you just got to give it up,,,or at least nock it back real hard,,and only have hole meal .. I've also given up my coffe habit,,,not so much cos of the actual coffe,,,but the two heaped spoonful of sugar,,,5 cups a day and that's 10 sugars,,,,you just don't need it... Training hard again and really enjoying it,,,I just need to keep it up through the autumn and winter,,,my cupboard is full of tuna,,and the fridge full of chicken,,lol,, Hears a nice breakfast if you have never tied it,,, 3-4 heaped deasrt spoonful of porridge

,,,lol,,,can I just say vins blue bitch catches plenty,,,as tiny rightly pointed out,,my bitch is just coming up 5 and has a few seasons under her belt,,,the blue dog was at the end of her first season,,,and about 18 month old,,,not forgetting that Venus has about a yard advantage in speed.........and also,,rew, only seemed to catch Venus on film catching rather than the blue bitch....
