It's very simple....when burgers and steak are almost finished frying I add a knob of butter...take the meat out and there's plenty fat in the pan.... Turn the heat right down and add double cream....a good twist of black pepper and stir with a wooden spoon to get any bits of meat of the bottom of the pan...that's it ...the double cream will reduce a little and thicken....only takes a minute or so...
